Donald A. Bierle, M.A., Ph.D.

Roy Kruse
Having ministered with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in eighty countries over the past twenty years, Roy Kruse directs the international ministry of FaithSearch, leading the development of the ministry outside of the United States and also among non-English-speaking populations within the US. This involves the training of national leaders to teach FaithSearch materials in their own cultures and languages. Roy was born and raised in Zambia, Africa, and holds a degree in the Earth Sciences from Carleton College, Northfield, Minnesota. < Ministry Opportunities >

Carlos Fernández, B.B.A, B.Th.
A native of Peru, Carlos is spearheading our Latino minstries. Having translated Dr. Bierle's book Surprised by Faih into Spanish (Sorprendido por la Fe), Carlos will continue to develop FaithSearch ministry resources for the Latino community, and offer FaithSearch presentations in the US and Latin America. He will also work closely with local churches, assisting and developing Latino ministries, and will develop our FaithSearch training strategy for the Spanish-speaking world. He is completing a Master of Sacred Theology degree through Dallas Theological Seminary. < Ministry Opportunities >

Oleg Voskresensky, B.A., M.Div.
A native of Russia, Oleg is breaking new ground for the ministry of FaithSearch: into eastern Europe and with Russian-speaking people in the USA. He has translated the book Surprised by Faith into Russian, and is continuing to develop culturally relevant ministry resources for the FaithSearch Russian ministry. Oleg is also developing and leading our training efforts for theworld's 300 million Russian-speaking people. < Ministry Opportunities >
